This page clarifies the terms and conditions that apply to the generative AI services and creative workflows described on the site. Before starting a project, it is advisable to review these points to avoid misunderstandings about scope, deliverables, and responsibilities.
Clarifications on the scope of services
Definition of deliverablesResults generated by AI models are delivered as reference material or a starting point. The final version, adjusted and validated, is the responsibility of the human team overseeing the project. There is no guarantee that a generated output is directly publishable without review.
Use of input dataTexts, images, or datasets provided by the client for training or fine-tuning models must have the corresponding usage rights. We do not process material that infringes copyright, trademarks, or third-party privacy.
Technical limitationsGenerative tools may produce inconsistencies, hallucinations, or visual errors. Detecting and correcting these flaws is part of the review process and is not considered a defect of the service if reported within the agreed workflow.
Intellectual propertyOwnership of the generated results is transferred to the client once the project payment is completed. The methodologies, internal prompts, and proprietary configurations of the studio remain as non-transferable internal knowledge.
ConfidentialityMaterials shared during the collaboration are treated as confidential. They are not used to train public models nor disclosed to third parties without the client's written authorization.
Modifications and revisionsEach project includes a defined number of adjustment rounds. Additional change requests, outside the original scope, are quoted separately and require prior confirmation from the client.
