Generative AI results are indicative and depend on the quality of the inputs, the available models, and the context of each project. NexaFlow does not guarantee specific performance outcomes, absolute originality, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for business decisions made based on materials generated during the service.
Deliverables created specifically for the client during the provision of the service become their property once the corresponding payment has been settled. NexaFlow's methodologies, internal templates, and training materials remain the property of the company and may not be redistributed without written authorization.
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the service, applicable regulations, or the tools we use. The current version is published on this page and supersedes previous ones. If you continue using the site after an update, you are deemed to accept the new terms.
